Georgian Chinoiserie Corner Cabinet

Late Georgian chinoiserie hanging corner cabinet is with hand-painted lacquer panels portraying scenes of pagodas, trees, and figures. Preserved in its original unrestored state, it displays wear consistent with its age with signs of old paint at the back and side from its previous homes. Some signs of old woodworm at the back (treated)

The piece is complete with internal shelves, its original key, gilt brass butterfly hinges, and an ornate escutcheon. Two pre-drilled holes in the back panels allow for hanging, with the option to install additional hardware if preferred.
